If you are not satisfied with Keydock within 7 days of your purchase, email us at support@keydock.cloud with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email. We will process your refund within 3 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
After the 7-day window, payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription after 7 days, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free plan.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you may cancel to prevent renewal.
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of clear abuse (e.g. repeatedly purchasing and requesting refunds). Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
