These Terms of Service govern your use of Keydock ("Service"), operated by Affan ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Keydock is a zero-knowledge API key manager. Your API keys are encrypted on your device using AES-256-GCM before being stored on our servers. We cannot access, read, or recover your keys. You are solely responsible for maintaining your master password.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Do not share your account with others. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, and billing compliance. We never store your card details.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your purchase, contact us at support@keydock.cloud and we will process a full refund. After 7 days, charges are non-refundable.
Because Keydock uses client-side encryption, we are technically unable to recover your encrypted data if you lose your master password. We store only encrypted blobs. Deleting your account permanently deletes all your data from our servers.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime outside our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your encrypted data will be deleted from our servers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keydock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you by email if changes are material. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
